May be constructed as a 14', 16' or 18' transportable unit, depending on juristictional limits, and transport costs. Home placement on a homesite is limited by local zoning, building codes and land use restrictions which determine setbacks, and coverage area limitations.
Some Current Floor Plans
The Fallbrook Series are designed for wider homesites.
Homes may be 14', 16' or 18' wide (Texas only), and may be 66', 72', or 76' in length.
Front sections will vary from 24' to 34' in 2' increments.
Note: On the Fallbrook Series, to add house width
(14', 16', or 18') to the front section for overall width.
The Summerwood Series are designed for narrower homesites.
They may be 14', 16', or 18' (Texas only), and may be 66', 72, or 76' in length.
Front sections may be 24' to 34' wide in 2' increments.
